com Check in drivers and monitors making sure they are on their routes on time, covering if necessary Assign buses to routes to properly service the route (size, wheelchair, seat space, air conditioning, camera, GPS, etc.
) Answer phones in a timely and courteous manner Communicate with drivers, monitors, schools, and school districts professionally Track absences and tardiness of all employees See that employees have updated route sheets promptly (make sure all information is understood) Every AM & PM announce to drivers and monitors, Check for sleeping children at every school and look for items left behind Enforce proper dress code In the event of an accident or a brake-down notify management and follow procedures that are in place Monitor harnesses, star seats, and straps, make sure you have extras Follow proper procedure for all extra runs, missed students, late runs, charters, etc.
Follow procedures as directed.
Have good communication with shop personnel.
