Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

The Agency Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
They are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation.

On the job training with options for career growth and advancement Fun and friendly work environment Responsibilities Job Responsibilities of an agency office manager Build agency reputation and growth through positive customer relations, marketing programs and lead acquisition Create and enforce office policies, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitable Supervise personnel, create schedules, manage daily operations and hold staff accountable to their performance goals Assist in customer claims processing and resolution Requirements Job Requirements of an agency office manager Currently have an IL Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED Minimum 3 years experience working in a P&C Insurance Agency, management capacity preferred REQUIRED Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Ability to effectively lead and coach a team; management experience is a plus Highly capable of managing all business operations Straight-forward communicator, dependable and strong leadership skills Must have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services experience Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers' needs Bilingual skills are a plus Company Description Our Agency is located in Fox Lake, IL specializing in Home, Life, and Auto insurance products.
